A intimate bar with a grand story, luxury distilled into the world’s smallest martini experience.
The Grey Goose Martini Bar is a feat of imagination and craftsmanship: a restored Citroën “boulangerie” van transformed into a fully functioning luxury martini bar for just two guests. The concept pays homage to the origin of Grey Goose vodka – soft winter wheat from Picardie – drawing a poetic connection between distillation and the French tradition of breadmaking.

Externally, the van tells the brand story with quiet confidence. A glazed display window showcases freshly baked loaves made from the very same wheat used to create the vodka, while a discreet peephole at the rear offers passers-by a tantalising glimpse of the intimate bar within. The exterior remains true to the spirit of the vintage vehicle, yet every detail has been refined to elevate it into an object of contemporary design.
Inside, the transformation is complete. Sumptuous leathers, brushed metal detailing and a palette of soft blues and warm neutrals reflect the Grey Goose identity with subtle luxury. Every inch has been meticulously designed – from the hand-finished cabinetry to the integrated mixology equipment – allowing the tiniest of spaces to deliver a flawlessly crafted drinking experience.

More than a bar, it is a travelling piece of theatre: an unexpected encounter, a celebration of craft and a playful reimagining of brand storytelling. Through ingenuity, detail, and a touch of magic, the Grey Goose Martini Bar turns a humble French camionette into a moment of pure luxury.
