Inspired by the neighbourhood’s rich heritage, Willet’s has been designed as an intimate and refined dining destination that reflects the timeless elegance and residential character of Chelsea, a space designed for the neighbourhood. 

Conceived as a contemporary interpretation of Chelsea’s historic market gardens, it blends culinary heritage with Studio Shayne Brady’s theatrical and deeply layered approach to hospitality design.

A palette of muted heritage greens, warm parquet flooring, antique mirrors and curated brass detailing introduces depth and quiet glamour throughout, softened by tactile fabrics and natural textures.

Art forms an integral part of the narrative, creating a dialogue between Chelsea’s artistic legacy and the restaurant’s contemporary creative spirit.
